A little about me

​I was ordained as a OneSpirit Interfaith Minister in 2016. During the first year of my ministry I served as a mentor to the 2016 intake of OneSpirit ministry students (Class of 2018). From 2018-2021 I served as Minister of Unitarians in Edinburgh, Scotland (St. Mark's Unitarian Church). In recent years I've served as an healthcare chaplain within the NHS in both England and Scotland.

Prior to training for interfaith ministry, I worked in UK health and social services in a variety of roles, principally in the fields of information & research (over twenty years experience in the statutory and third sectors). My educational background includes a first degree in Librarianship and Drama, an MSc. in Social Research, and postgraduate qualifications in leadership and management.

Originally from Northern Ireland, I live in the beautiful town of Kirkcudbright, in south west Scotland, with my partner Phil. Nestled near the river Dee, we enjoy country living surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, including red deer, red squirrels, and red kites. Red everything!
